This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Year 3 teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the sought-after area of Ealing. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for an experienced educator or an enthusiastic ECT ready to make a meaningful impact.

The Role

As a Year 3 teacher, you’ll create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential. Your teaching will reflect a variety of strategies tailored to individual learning styles and curriculum demands, keeping students engaged, supported, and motivated.

You’ll bring patience, understanding, and passion to your teaching, helping shape a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, confidence, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

The school values the quality and commitment of its staff. To be considered, you should:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Be an ECT or experienced teacher

  • Ideally have experience teaching Year 3

  • Be available to start in September

  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and pupil development

  • Show strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Prioritise pupil safety and wellbeing at all times
