We are working with an excellent primary school in Ealing to find a Year 1 Teacher from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 1 early career teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher to join a friendly and committed team in a desirable two form entry primary school.
The role
As a devoted and capable Year 1 teacher, this role has a great deal to offer and is a fantastic way to kickstart your career. This role would be suited to a Year 1 teacher who is looking to join a friendly school that promotes the highest possible aspirations for its pupils. You will be expected to prepare teaching materials ahead of each lesson, teaching the lessons, and inspiring every day.
The ideal Year 1 Teacher
The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore the successful Year 1 Teacher must have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have relevant experience teaching
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and student success
- Capability of ensuring pupils safety
