The ideal candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in delivering high-quality lessons
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning, ensuring all students are supported and challenged
- Uses assessment data effectively to inform planning, set ambitious targets, and drive student progress
- Shows genuine motivation and enthusiasm for working with young people, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment
- Actively contributes to a culture of excellence by developing and sharing outstanding teaching practices
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, academy council members, and the wider community
