The role

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring educator who can design, plan, and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional—enthusiastic, influential, and deeply committed to driving success across our academy community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured and impactful lessons that inspire and challenge students of all abilities
  • Set ambitious expectations to foster academic excellence and personal growth
  • Promote deep understanding and knowledge retention through innovative teaching strategies
  • Regularly assess student progress and use data to inform lesson planning and curriculum refinement
  • Contribute positively to the wider school culture, embodying our values and vision for success

The ideal candidate 

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning, ensuring all students are supported and challenged
  • Uses assessment data effectively to inform planning, set ambitious targets, and drive student progress
  • Shows genuine motivation and enthusiasm for working with young people, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment
  • Actively contributes to a culture of excellence by developing and sharing outstanding teaching practices
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, academy council members, and the wider community
