 School Administrator/ Support to SLT – Independent Secondary School - West London

 

Based in West London, this Popular Independent Secondary School is looking for an experienced Administrator/ Support to the senior leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, articulate and professional individual who can commit on a full- time basis and is available to start in July on a Maternity contract.  This is a full-time term time only plus 10 days role.

 

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced administrator to start in July.  You’ll be the school administrator and an essential part of the education and support team.  You will be required to work alongside the two Deputy Heads and carry out daily administrative tasks to a high standard. You’ll be required to work with discretion and confidentiality – this is imperative. 

 

Ideal Candidate:

Strong admin experience and an appreciation for education are essential. Have good customer service skills, knowledge of the School Information Management System (SIMS) would be advantageous, good organisational and communication skills as well as excellent IT skills are essential. 

 

You will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines, manage work load and maintain and build relationships. 
  • Good team working skills
  • Experience of using SIMS would be Advantageous
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Fully understand and be aware of safeguarding and child protection in relation to the Children’s Act 2004 and Working Together
