The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator working within a nurturing and inclusive setting, you will play a key role in supporting the development of children aged 0 to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include fostering a secure, stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth. A thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential, as you'll be expected to apply its principles effectively in daily practice.
