L2/L3 Early Years Educator – Stratford – Immediate Start
We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join a delightful nursery school in Stratford! This is a full term and permanent position starting as soon as possible.
The role
As a passionate Early Years Educator, you will transform nursery curriculums into enchanting experiences that encourage children to dream big, think independently, and explore their environment with confidence. With access to innovative resources and training, you will ignite creativity in young minds while also enhancing your own skills as you grow as an Early Years Educator.
The ideal Early Years Educator
- Hold a Level 2 OR Level 3 EYFS qualification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with young children
Salary is dependent on relevant qualification level and experience.
