We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a high achieving and welcoming primary school in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea to start from January 2025.
The role
As a Learning Support Assistant at this primary school, you will be required to deliver in-class, 1:1 and small group interventions across KS1 and KS2, as well as having a genuine passion for working with young people within this rewarding environment. Your regular input will make a positive difference and contribution to both the children’s learning experience and personal growth.
The ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will:
- Be committed to the school’s high standards and ethos
- Be flexible and adaptable and enjoy working with young people.
- Have a good sense of humour and be compassionate
- Be a great communicator to pupils and staff
- Have prior relevant experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
